Hello, I'm Alex, and I design Digital Products.
I love to break things! As a child, I would disassemble my toys because I was curious about how things worked. This natural curiosity has followed me throughout my career—the longing to understand 'why' or 'how' has navigated my design journey. I love to disassemble digital products and reassemble them using research, collaboration, intuition, and experience. At Pricewaterhouse Coopers, I design software to help clients understand complex data streams by making sense of complicated systems.
When I'm not at the office, I enjoy gardening and trying to understand the miracles of Mother Nature or, during the winter months, following the snow and planning the next ski trip.
Please reach out if you'd like to discuss design, research Zone-6b drought and deer-resistant plants, need a ski buddy, or require help putting your toys back together!

Soft Skills
I have developed my leadership skills throughout my career to become proficient in fostering collaboration, inspiring innovation, and achieving results. My strong communication and active listening abilities allow me to understand and address team and business goals effectively. I always strive to create a positive, productive, growth-oriented environment by combining strategic vision and empathy. Pairing verbal and visual communication, learning and leading by listening, bringing design to the table, and communicating with non-designers are crucial to my success.
